Vision call

A 30-minute call where we talk through your ideas, your theme, your vibe. We ask questions, you dream out loud — we start mapping it all out.

Proposal

We send you a detailed event proposal — your plan, your moodboard direction, a full breakdown of services and pricing. You review, we refine until it's exactly right.

Planning

We take it from here. Stationery design, favours, station setup, logistics — all handled while you enjoy the countdown to the big day.

Day of

We arrive early, set everything up, and run your experience stations. You show up as a guest at your own party — fully present and not worrying about a single detail.

Enjoy & remember

Make memories. We handle teardown too — so the last thing you do at the end of the night is say goodbye to guests, not pack up tables.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 2–3 months for larger celebrations or anything with a full stationery suite. Peak season (May–June and October–December) fills up fast, so the earlier the better.

Yes! We're based in Maryland and serve the greater DC/MD/VA area. Travel outside that radius is possible for the right event — just mention your location in the quote form and we'll let you know.

Absolutely. Our plans are starting points, not rigid packages. Every quote is built around what you actually need — so if you want a moodboard plus just invitations (not the full stationery suite), we'll put that together for you.

We arrive 1–2 hours before guests to set up décor, style the table(s), arrange the experience station(s), and do a final walk-through. During the event we run the station and keep things flowing. Teardown is included — we pack everything up once guests leave.

Yes — a 30–50% deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due one week before the event. We'll walk you through payment details once we've confirmed your proposal.

Life happens! Date changes with more than 30 days notice are handled at no charge — your deposit transfers to the new date. Changes within 30 days are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work is already in progress.
